What's your shipping rate?

Free international shipping over $80.

Orders from U.S (Continental United States Only). For the order under $80, the shipping rate is $18.

Attention: Due to the COVID-19, USPS may have delayed delivery service.

Orders outside the U.S (Continental United States): 

For the order under $80, the shipping rate is $25 ( DHL EXPRESS CHANNEL).

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are.

For orders from United States will take 5-7 business days to arrive. 

Overseas ( outside the U.S and UK) deliveries can take anywhere from 4-6 days via DHL channel. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

 

Can I get my product personalized?

Yes. If you want a personalized product, just email us directly before placing order.

Return&Refund Policy

30 Days easy Return/Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 30 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. 

 

Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?

You can return or exchange within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.  

 

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained. Damage or stain caused by customers may result in partial refund up to 50% of total payment.
  3. Please make sure that you keep the original plastic bag with Yogipace LOGO and seal the bag.
  4. You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship back your items to the Yogipace warehouse.
  5. Yogipace is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you leave the wrong address, please contact us immediately to change the address before we ship your order. If not, Yogipace is not responsible for wrong address offered by customer.
  6. All shipping fee are non-refundable, except the order are over $80.
  7. Once your return is received in the warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for your account to be credited.
  8. If you want to return the item, please contact support@yogipace.com to get the return label. ( We won't accept the return without return label )
