Orders within the U.S. (Continental United States only):

  • $10 for orders under $50

  • Free shipping for orders over $50

Orders outside the U.S.:

  • $20 for orders under $50

  • Free shipping for orders over $50

Please note: Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT when it arrives in your destination country. You are responsible for all such duties, taxes, and customs charges. Yogipace is not liable for these fees.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on your location.

  • For orders within the United States, delivery takes 5–7 business days.

  • For international orders, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days via DHL or FedEx. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

 

Can I get my product personalized?

Yes! We offer inseam customization for your bottoms. If you’d like a personalized product, please email us before placing your order at:

Am I allowed to return or exchange my order?

Yes. You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they’re in new condition.

 

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If not, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Returned items must be in new condition, unwashed, unstained, and with original tags attached. Any items that are damaged or stained may only be eligible for a partial refund, up to 50% of the total payment.

  3. Please make sure to keep the original plastic bag with the Yogipace logo and use it to seal your return.

  4. You are responsible for the shipping costs to send items back to the Yogipace warehouse. For orders within the U.S. (Continental United States only), returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse address. For orders outside the U.S., returns should be sent to our warehouse in China.

  5. Yogipace is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately to correct it before we ship your order. Otherwise, Yogipace is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  6. All shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders over $50.

  7. Once your return is received in the warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for your account to be credited.

  8. If you wish to return an item, please contact support@yogipace.com to request a return label. We will not accept returns without a return label.
