To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@yogipace.com. However, if your order has already been shipped, we'll need to process it as a return instead.

For international orders outside the U.S., you may be subject to customs duties and fees. The amount varies by country, and we’re unable to provide an exact estimate since these charges are set by local authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions about potential fees.

- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If not, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in new condition, unwashed, unstained, and with original tags attached. Any items that are damaged or stained may only be eligible for a partial refund, up to 50% of the total payment.
- Please make sure to keep the original plastic bag with the Yogipace logo and use it to seal your return.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to send items back to the Yogipace warehouse. For orders within the U.S. (Continental United States only), returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse address. For orders outside the U.S., returns should be sent to our warehouse in China.
- Yogipace is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately to correct it before we ship your order. Otherwise, Yogipace is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders over $50.
- Once your return is received in the warehouse, please allow up to one week for your account to be credited.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact support@yogipace.com to request a return label. We will not accept returns without a return label.
